4. User Obligations

✅ Providing regular updates on your case status.

6. Payment and Fees

We charge a success-based fee of 20% of the total recovered balance:

• Initial Consultation: Free of charge.
• Success Fee: 20% of the total funds recovered.
• No Recovery, No Fee: If we fail to recover your account or funds, you owe us nothing.

Example: If we recover $10,000, our fee will be $2,000 (20%). You will receive the remaining $8,000.

7. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund if: 
✅ We fail to recover your account after exhausting all possible options. 
✅ The account suspension was due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication.

Refunds are NOT available if: 
❌ The account is suspended due to illegal or fraudulent activity. 
❌ Binance permanently bans the account due to repeated violations. 
❌ You fail to provide necessary documents or cooperate with the process.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any financial loss, including lost cryptocurrency, during or after the recovery process.
• Binance’s refusal to restore your account despite our best efforts.
• Any changes to Binance’s policies or security requirements that prevent account recovery.
• Data breaches or hacking incidents beyond our control.

Maximum Liability: 
Our total liability for any claim related to our service will not exceed the total fees paid for the recovery service.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All personal and account information you provide is treated as confidential.
• We implement strict security protocols to protect your data.
• Your information will only be shared with Binance support or legal advisors with your explicit consent.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our service without notice if:

• You provide false or misleading information.
• Your account is involved in illegal activity.
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team.
• You violate these Terms and Conditions.

11. Intellectual Property
